Was Süßes für die Kleinen - Babymuffins

Babymuffin :-)

Hallo meine Lieben,

da mich schon einige von euch bezüglich dem Babymuffin Rezept gefragt haben, will ich euch das natürlich nicht vorenthalten :-).

Zutaten für ca. 6 Stück:

2 reife Bananen

1/2 Apfel

2 EL Öl oder Margarine

40 g Haferflocken

50 g Dinkelmehl (oder anderes Vollkornmehl)

1 TL Backpulver

Die Bananen zerdrücken, den Apfel klein schneiden oder aufreiben, mit allen Zutaten vermischen und ab ins Backrohr bei ca. 190 Grad für 25 Minuten. Mmmmhhhhh eure Kleinen werden diese Muffins lieben!!!

Da ich zur Zeit im Krankenhaus bin, kann ich euch leider kein Foto zu den Muffins machen, aber das wird nachgeholt.

I'm really loving the theme/design of your web site. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems? A couple of my blog audience have complained about my blog not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera. Do you have any advice to help fix this problem?
